If you believe that you have damaged your jewelry - snagged a prong, dropped it, or banged it hard - please send the item to us or take it to an Endless Embrace authorized retailer for inspection and tightening.

Keep your jewelry clean
Diamonds attract oil and grease - from skin, lotion, cooking, etc. Grease and dirt make even the most brilliant diamond look dull. Clean your jewelry with an ammonia and water solution and a baby soft toothbrush, being sure to take special care on the underside of the diamonds.
