Your Endless Diamond Embrace jewelry is backed by our lifetime warranty. The Endless Diamond Embrace Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees all Endless Diamond Embrace products from defects in materials and original workmanship.
Be sure to
register your Endless Embrace jewelry online to receive a free annual inspection, including cleaning and diamond tightening. Any damage caused by normal wear and tear, mishap, improper use, or unauthorized repairs by someone other than an authorized retailer of Endless Diamond products may void this warranty at our sole discretion.
Regular inspection of your jewelry purchase is the best way to safeguard against any potential problems. Regular upkeep of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty. This includes normal maintenance and repairs - such as re-tipping of prongs - required due to wear and tear or accidental damage. To have your Endless Diamond Embrace jewelry cleaned and inspected, you can take your jewelry to one our
authorized jewelers or you can send your item to Endless Embrace at your own expense.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS & EXCLUSIONS
The Endless Diamond Embrace Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following items:
- Any damage to your jewelry due to negligence or abuse. For example: if a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or excessively worn prongs, Endless Embrace is not responsible for the replacement of the stone and/or the re-tipping of the prongs. The jewelry was neglected, and therefore the warranty becomes void.
- If a non-authorized jeweler performs any repair work on an Endless Diamond Embrace product, we will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes void.
